At Skin & Bodyfresh Med Clinic + Day Spa, we value and appreciate our clients. We understand that last-minute obligations may arise, which is why we are happy to make accommodations to your booked appointment, should you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Please take note of the following policies to avoid being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the total cost of your scheduled treatment.

1. All cancellations and rescheduling should be completed no later than 24 hours before your booked appointment.
2. No show or missed appointments will be automatically charged $50 fee. 

Please also note that late arrivals may require us to shorten the length of your treatment to not inconvenience other clients and alter our calendar for the remainder of the day. Clients who show up late to their appointment will not receive an extension in their treatment for lost time.

Skin & Bodyfresh Med Clinic + Day Spa is pleased to offer a selection of luxurious beauty and skincare products. Should your purchased items be deemed defective by one of our team members within 14 days of the purchase date, we would be more than happy to provide you with a replacement. 

If the purchased product cannot be replaced, we will provide you with a refund in the form of a gift certificate you can use toward one of our treatments. Please note that any skincare or makeup products that have been opened will not be eligible for a refund.

Yes, Skin & Bodyfresh Med Clinic + Day Spa does offer gift certificates that are available for purchase at the lobby of our medical spa. To purchase one, please ask one of our friendly receptionists to assist you. Please note that purchased gift certificates are transferable. However, they are not refundable and cannot be redeemed in exchange for cash. 

Skin & Bodyfresh Med Clinic + Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. 

Please also note that gratuities are not included in the price of your treatment or treatment package.

Skin & Bodyfresh Med Clinic + Day Spa is dedicated to providing clients with spa and beauty experiences that allow them to relax in a comfortable environment from start to finish. To ensure our medical spa remains an oasis for relaxation, we ask that clients please take note of the following in-spa rules. 

1. Before starting your treatment, please inform your assigned esthetician of any medical issues, allergies, or skin conditions you may have, as it will determine whether we need to make any changes to your treatment while ensuring your health and safety. 
2. A parent or guardian must attend to children at all times in our waiting area if they are not undergoing one of our treatments or services. 
3. Please turn your cell phone off or switch it to vibrate mode while in our medical spa to ensure the relaxation and peace of all clients. 

At Skin & Bodyfresh Med Clinic + Day Spa, we understand that clients are required to bring their personal belongings with them during the scheduled appointment with us. However, please note that we will not be held responsible for any items that are left unattended. 

Skin & Bodyfresh Med Clinic + Body Spa is also not responsible for keeping items behind our front desk as you attend your treatment. You must bring all articles and personal belongings with you at all times or secure them elsewhere before entering our facilities.
